Well, it finally happened. The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) voted 2 to 1 to amend its election procedures. Are you Ready to Post a Union Notice?

The NLRB has issued an advanced copy of its final rule requiring employers to display a poster in the workplace explaining employee rights to form a union under the National Labor Relations Act ("NLRA").
