Rachel R. Raymond

Rachel Raymond is an associate attorney in Lamson Dugan & Murray’s litigation department.

Ms. Raymond graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 2021. While at law school, she competed on the Arbitration Team and was personally selected to be on Professor Mangrum’s Trial Team. Upon graduation, she received a Litigation Concentration certificate, evidencing a dedication to her preparation for practice. She took the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) in July 2021, receiving a score of 290.

She has experience litigating general civil litigation, insurance defense, and workers’ compensation claims. Rachel is currently licensed to practice in both Nebraska and Iowa. She is a member of the Omaha Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association, and the Polk County Bar Association (IA).

Ms. Raymond received her B.A. from Iowa State University in 2018, majoring in Political Science with a focus on Psychology. While at Iowa State, she was a board member of her sorority, Delta Gamma. Rachel worked as a teaching assistant for upper-level courses on legal theory and spent time as a research assistant, co-authoring a textbook chapter on cyber security as viewed under the purview of American foreign policies.

Rachel was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, golfing, and following Iowa State athletics.
