Mary C. Mikuls

Mary Mikuls is an associate attorney in Lamson Dugan & Murray’s litigation department.

Prior to joining the firm, Mary worked as a judicial law clerk for the judges of the Fourth Judicial District Court of Nebraska. She gained valuable insight into the litigation process as she worked alongside the judges analyzing and addressing pending motions and trial-related matters.

Mary graduated cum laude from Creighton University School of Law in 2020. While at law school, Mary received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Torts, Civil Procedure, Juvenile Offender Law, and Marriage and Divorce. This award is given to the highest scoring student in each law school course. She also earned a Pro Bono Service Distinction.

Prior to law school, Mary worked as a Family Permanency Specialist with Nebraska Families Collaborative, providing case management to a high caseload of families with court ordered permanency goals. Mary received her Bachelor of Social Science Degree in Sociology, magna cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans in 2013.

In her free time, Mary enjoys spending time with her family and friends, including her little sister through Big Brothers Big Sisters.
