Josh R. Baumann

Josh Baumann is an associate attorney in Lamson Dugan & Murray’s litigation department. His areas of expertise include medical malpractice defense, business dispute litigation, wrongful death, personal injury, and insurance matters. Mr. Baumann has extensive experience in representing clients, both individuals and corporations, through all stages of litigation. He takes pleasure in giving his maximum effort in serving clients and his community. Prior to joining the firm, Josh was a Deputy County Attorney for the Douglas County Attorney’s Office and subsequently practiced in civil matters for several years. He is, also, a graduate of the United States Marine Corps Officer Candidate School, University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Syracuse College of Law. This experience has instilled discipline and extensive knowledge to Josh in a vast array of legal issues to aid clients in navigating difficult and complex legal disputes of all varieties.

Outside of the office, Josh enjoys staying active, fishing, supporting the Nebraska Cornhuskers and spending time with his family.
