Sean Minahan Appointed to Cass County Nebraska Economic Development Council Board of Directors
Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP is pleased to announce that partner Sean A. Minahan has been appointed to the Board of Directors for The Cass County Nebraska Economic Development Council.
The Cass County Nebraska Economic Development Council, also known as CCNEDC, works to promote economic development throughout Cass County, Nebraska, by supporting efforts to attract, retain and expand businesses in the region.
Sean’s appointment reflects his strong ties to Cass County and his commitment to supporting business and community growth in the area. His legal practice includes representing clients in corporate and personal litigation, with particular experience serving businesses and clients in the agricultural sector. He also serves as Special Assistant Attorney General for the Nebraska Board of Engineers and Architects and authors the firm’s Midwest Agricultural Law Guide, which focuses on legal issues affecting the agricultural industry.
“I am honored to have been accepted and provided the opportunity to engage and work with the present and future business leaders of Cass County, in continuing to develop paths for economic development,” Sean said.
Outside of his legal practice, Sean remains active in his community and supports initiatives benefiting the Plattsmouth and greater Cass County area. Through his role with CCNEDC, Sean will have the opportunity to contribute to ongoing conversations around business development, regional growth and the future of Cass County.
