LDM Welcomes Four New Associate Attorneys

Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP is pleased to welcome Baylee D. Newell, Grant L. Little, Peyton D. LaFerla, and Hattie R. Shipps as associate attorneys following their recent admissions to the bar.

All four attorneys began their careers with LDM as law clerks, gaining firsthand experience working alongside the firm’s attorneys and serving clients before transitioning into their new roles as associates.

Newell was sworn into the Iowa bar on September 11, 2026. Little, LaFerla and Shipps were sworn into the Nebraska bar on October 1, 2026.

‍

Their transition from law clerks to licensed attorneys marks an exciting milestone for both the new associates and the firm. During their time as clerks, each had the opportunity to develop relationships across LDM, gain practical experience and become familiar with the firm’s collaborative approach to client service.
