Janice M. Thomas and Ryan P. Tunink Secure Defense Verdict for Iowa School District

Thomas and Tunink represented the district against claims alleging negligent training and supervision. Over the course of the two-week trial, the parties presented their respective cases to the jury regarding the allegations against the district.

At the conclusion of the trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of the school district on all claims.
