Erin focuses her practice on Estates and Trusts, Business Counseling, Business Succession Planning, and Mergers & Acquisitions. She regularly advises clients through complex planning decisions, helping them align legal structures with business objectives and personal goals. Her approach emphasizes clarity, foresight, and practical solutions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

In addition to her legal practice, Erin has played an important role in advancing the firm’s commitment to community involvement and professional development. She was instrumental in creating and launching the LDM Suit Scholarship, an initiative designed to support students pursuing careers in the legal profession. Erin also volunteers extensively through the Nebraska State Bar Association’s Volunteer Lawyers Project, where she has been recognized as a Volunteer Hero, and at Habitat for Humanity of Omaha’s TODD Clinics, assisting individuals with estate planning needs while mentoring law students.
