Zack A. Martin
Zack A. Martin is an attorney in Lamson Dugan & Murray’s litigation department. He focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense and has tried cases before juries in both Iowa and Nebraska.
Zack also has significant experience with motion practice and briefing in trial and appellate courts. His practice includes representing clients in complex litigation matters involving medical malpractice, professional negligence, personal injury, business and commercial disputes, and appellate issues.
Originally from Glenwood, Iowa, Zack is pleased to be back in the Omaha area he calls home. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his young son, playing golf, and cheering for the Iowa Hawkeyes.
