Erin K. Artz

Erin Artz is an attorney with Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP specializing in estate planning, business succession planning, and corporate law. Erin works with businesses throughout their life cycles – from formation and governance to mergers and acquisitions work. Additionally, Erin enjoys assisting business owners develop successful business succession plans that work seamlessly with their estate plans and help them protect their legacies. Erin graduated cum laude from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska. While in law school, she spent a semester studying International Law at Comillas Ponitifical University in Madrid, Spain. Erin also received a B.B.A. with a focus in Accounting, cum laude, from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Nebraska.

In her free time, Erin enjoys hiking, being a dog and cat mom, and drinking lots of coffee.
