
Daniel P. Hackbarth Brady
Daniel P. Hackbarth Brady is an attorney at Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP, focusing his practice on civil litigation.
Before joining the firm, Daniel served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Samuel Langholz of the Iowa Court of Appeals. He also gained legal experience through an externship with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Iowa and internships with AFLAC, Leff Law Firm, and the Polk County Attorney’s Office.
Daniel earned his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law, where he served as a Student Writer and later as Administrative Editor for the Journal of Corporation Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice Studies from Iowa State University.
Originally from Runnells, Iowa, Daniel is based in the firm’s West Des Moines office.
