Shivani Sharma is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department. Ms. Sharma received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a Public Policy emphasis and a minor in Spanish Language and Literature from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She interned on Capitol Hill, while pursuing her undergraduate degree.
Ms. Sharma received her Masters of Science in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from Creighton University’s Werner Institute. She also received her law degree from Creighton University School of Law, with a Certificate in Litigation. While at law school, she received the Outstanding Oralist award in all six rounds of Creighton’s Moot Court Competition. In addition, she was a Moot Court finalist and the winner of the entire Moot Court Competition. Shivani was also a semi-finalist in the regional round for the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and the Buffalo Niagara National Trial Competition in Buffalo, New York. She was a member of the National Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi. Ms. Sharma received the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Trial Practice. She also received The Honorable Lyle E. Strom Scholar Award in Trial Advocacy for Exceptional Skills in Litigation Theory and Practice.
