Dana Livingston is an associate attorney in Lamson Dugan & Murray’s litigation department. Ms. Livingston received her bachelor’s degree in History, with minors in Political Science and English, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Ms. Livingston graduated magna cum laude from Creighton University School of Law. While at Creighton, Ms. Livingston served as a staff member on the Creighton Law Review; represented Creighton at the International Trademark Association Moot Court Competition; and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Property Law, Bankruptcy Law, Employee Benefits, and Professional Responsibility. After graduation, Ms. Livingston served as a judicial clerk for the Fourth Judicial District Court of Iowa in Pottawattamie County and then for the Fourth Judicial District Court of Nebraska in Douglas County.
Outside of the office, Dana enjoys spending time with her family and finding time to be outdoors either hiking or gardening.
