Mr. Johnson is a partner of Lamson, Dugan and Murray and a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department. His practice concentrates on civil litigation, including commercial litigation, products liability and professional negligence claims. He served as Managing Partner of the Firm from 1998 to 2004.

Mr. Johnson serves as Secretary on the Executive Committee of the United Way of the Midlands. Mr. Johnson serves as attorney for the Midlands Chapter of the Conference for Inclusive Communities (CIC) and has been presiding-chair of the Board of Directors. Mr. Johnson chaired the District Two Committee on Inquiry of the Nebraska State Bar Association. Mr. Johnson is a Fellow of the Nebraska State Bar Foundation, a member of the Omaha Bar Association, the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute and the Defense Counsel Association of Nebraska.

Mr. Johnson holds a B.S., M.A., and J.D. degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.
