Mr. Vipond is a partner of Lamson, Dugan and Murray and is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department. He has over 25 years of courtroom experience representing individuals, companies and corporations in a wide variety of civil litigation. Mr. Vipond’s practice encompasses commercial disputes, insurance coverage issues, professional negligence and general liability claims.
Mr. Vipond graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1977 with a B.A. magna cum laude. He earned his J.D. from Creighton University in 1980. He is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Past President of the Nebraska Defense Counsel Association and Fellow of the Nebraska State Bar Foundation. He practices in the federal courts in Nebraska and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in Iowa. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2005.
