Ms. Lighthall is an associate of the Firm's Litigation Department. She graduated from Drake University in 2000 with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. She received her law degree from Creighton University School of Law in 2003. While at Creighton, she participated in the Civil Law Clinic, where she provided legal advice and assisted low-income residents of Douglas County, Nebraska. She also interned at the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Nebraska. In addition, she was selected as the legal writing research assistant to legal writing professor Nancy Lawler Dickhute. Prior to joining Lamson, Dugan and Murray in the spring of 2009, Ms. Lighthall spent several years practicing in Denver, Colorado with a law firm specializing in civil litigation and insurance related defense.
