A partner of Lamson, Dugan and Murray, Mr. Bock practices in the Business Department and serves as the Chairman of the Firm’s Business Counseling Practice Group. In both acquisitions and sales of business entities and assets, he leads privately held companies through structuring, negotiation and closings. His significant experience representing closely held companies includes all facets of business transactions, from start-up, through business operations, to succession planning.
Mr. Bock advises clients on raising capital through private placement of securities, and counsels on compliance with both federal and state securities laws. With extensive experience in corporate restructuring, he assists clients with sophisticated tax-free reorganization of their companies. Formerly a tax accountant with Baird, Kurtz and Dobson, Mr. Bock continues to represent individual and business clients in regard to tax planning, audits, protests and appeals.
