Mr. Harr is a partner of Lamson, Dugan and Murray with over 35 years experience in the insurance industry. He has a broad background in insurance, reinsurance and managed care.

Prior to joining Lamson, Dugan and Murray, he was with Mutual of Omaha Companies for 23 years. He held a variety of positions with that organization, including Executive Vice President and Chief Counsel. He was a member of the Board of Directors of several of the companies in the Mutual of Omaha Group.

Mr. Harr has been an attorney for the Nebraska Insurance Department and Special Counsel in connection with a liquidation of a property and casualty insurer. He was the Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel of the Consumer Credit Insurance Association.

He has served as a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the National Organization of Life and Health Guaranty Associations, the Nebraska Insurance Federation, the Nebraska Guaranty Association and the Consumer Credit Insurance Association. In addition, he has been actively involved with the American Council of Life Insurers and the Health Insurance Association of America.

He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Pacific Life Insurance Company, Protection Life Insurance Company, Arch Reinsurance Company, Arch Excess & Surplus Insurance Company, Platte River Insurance Company, and Lawyers Title Insurance Company.

Mr. Harr is admitted to practice in Nebraska and Illinois. He received a B.S.B.A. from Creighton University and a J.D. degree from Creighton University School of Law.
