![]() kwallor@ldmlaw.com Mr. Wallor is a partner with Lamson, Dugan and Murray and works in the Firm’s Litigation Department. Mr. Wallor’s courtroom experience includes personal injury claims, product liability claims, professional liability claims, and commercial litigation in Nebraska’s state courts, including all of the Nebraska appellate courts, the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Mr. Wallor also has experience in the state and federal courts of Iowa. Mr. Wallor’s practice also encompasses general liability claims, insurance coverage issues, construction lien issues, railroad litigation, and train derailments. Mr. Wallor received his bachelor’s degree in History, with distinction, from the University of Rhode Island in 1993. He received his law degree from Creighton University in 1997. During law school, Mr. Wallor was a member of the International Moot Court Board. After prevailing in Creighton University’s intra-school Negotiation Competition, Mr. Wallor represented Creighton University at the regional Negotiation Competition in St. Paul, Minnesota. Prior to joining Lamson, Dugan and Murray, Mr. Wallor clerked for Chief Justice C. Thomas White of the Nebraska Supreme Court. Mr. Wallor also clerked for all of the judges of Douglas County District Court. Mr. Wallor is currently a member of the Omaha Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association, Nebraska Defense Counsel Association, Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, Defense Research Institute and American Bar Association. Mr. Wallor serves at the Vice President/President Elect for the Nebraska Defense Counsel Association. Mr. Wallor also serves as the Chairman of the Nebraska Defense Counsel Association Legislative Committee.
