Mr. Schepers is a partner of Lamson, Dugan and Murray and a member of the Commercial Law Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of creditors’ rights, banking, loan structuring, documentation and review. He has participated in significant creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and insurance company insolvency proceedings for clients in a number of states, including Nebraska, Iowa, California, Arizona and Tennessee.
Mr. Schepers is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association and the Bankruptcy Section of the Nebraska State Bar Association. He has lectured to seminar audiences concerning creditors’ rights, bankruptcy and related topics.
Mr. Schepers is a 1969 graduate of Creighton University and a 1978 cum laude graduate of the Creighton University School of Law.
