Ellen K. Geisler

Ellen Geisler is an associate attorney in Lamson Dugan & Murray’s litigation department. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, representing both individuals and companies involved in business and contractual disputes. Ms. Geisler’s practice also concentrates on employment and labor disputes, representing both employees and employers, in matters such as employment discrimination, workplace injuries, and collective bargaining disputes.

Ms. Geisler graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law. While at law school, Ms. Geisler served as a member of the Nebraska Law Review and as an officer for the Nebraska Moot Court Board. She received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Civil Clinical Practice based on her exceptional work at Nebraska Law’s civil clinic. Ms. Geisler received her Bachelor of Journalism in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Ms. Geisler played the trumpet throughout college, including within the Nebraska Cornhusker Marching Band and the symphonic and jazz bands.

Outside of work, Ellen enjoys spending time outdoors with her colleagues, family and friends.
