Mr. Waters is an associate in the Firm’s Business Department. He received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He received his law degree from Creighton University, where he was an active member of the Creighton Law Ambassadors. While at Creighton, Mr. Waters received the Rev. Carl. J. Peter Memorial Scholarship and was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for his achievement in the study of Conflict of Laws.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Waters worked in the Development Office at Creighton Preparatory School.
