Craig Martin is a partner of Lamson, Dugan and Murray and a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department. He has experience in handling a wide variety of litigation in the commercial and business tort arena. His practice emphasizes construction and employment matters, but he also has experience in counseling business clients on a myriad of issues, including contract language and risk management. Mr. Martin represents numerous contractors, subcontractors, developers, owners, materials suppliers and design professionals in construction disputes in both State and Federal courts. His goal is to provide cost-effective counsel to the construction industry. Mr. Martin is the author of the Firm’s Construction Law blog, a construction related blog that focuses on legal trends in the construction industry and best practices.
Prior to joining Lamson Dugan and Murray, he was an Assistant Attorney General with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office. He served as general counsel to the Missouri Department of Agriculture and represented state agencies, including the Office of Design and Construction, in disputes before administrative tribunals and state and federal courts.
