Mr. Martin is a partner in Lamson Dugan and Murray’s Litigation Department. He has experience in handling a wide variety of litigation in the commercial and business tort arena. His practice emphasizes construction and employment matters, but he also has experience in counseling business clients on a myriad of issues, including contract language and risk management. Mr. Martin is well versed in AIA verbiage, and serves in an advisory capacity for construction industry groups. He also has written and published articles on business law in Nebraska and employment matters.

Prior to joining Lamson Dugan & Murray, he was an Assistant Attorney General with the Missouri Attorney General's Office. He served as general counsel to the Missouri Department of Agriculture. He also represented state agencies, including the Office of Design and Construction, in disputes before administrative tribunals and state and federal courts.
