Ms. Miller is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department. She graduated from Creighton University in 2003, with a degree in political science and history. She then received her master’s degree in 2006 from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in communication studies with a concentration in political rhetoric. She received her law degree, cum laude, from Creighton University in 2008.

While at Creighton, she was a national finalist in the Saul Lefkowitz Trademarks Competition and earned best brief honors at the regional competition, student coached the National Trial Competition team in 2007, and was a member of the Moot Court Board.
