The long arms of the USDA Risk Management Agency (RMA) recently caught a Nebraska man for making false statements in the collection of a sizeable crop insurance claim. Maryland Contractor Documents its Illegal Deal and Pays $2.15 Million to Settle Fraud Claims

Why would a contractor create a contract for illegal work?  I really don't know.
