In an effort to reduce the spread of Covid-19, all Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 meetings of creditors scheduled after April 1, 2020 for all locations in Nebraska will be conducted by telephone until further notice.  Debtors, attorneys, creditors, and others may not appear in person.

Debtors, their counsel, and any creditors who wish to participate in any 341 meetings scheduled after April 1, 2020 must call the toll-free number and use the participation code listed for the trustee in the attached notice.   Parties should call in on the date and time that the 341 meeting has been scheduled for.

The U.S. Trustee’s office requests that counsel for debtors immediately notify their clients that the 341 meetings will be conducted by telephone and that they should not appear in person.   Counsel for debtors should provide their clients with the toll free number and participation code listed for the trustee in the attached notice.

Also attached is information on procedures for Verification of Debtor Identification and Telephone Guidelines.  Debtor’s counsel should also provide this attachment to their clients.
